At Jones, we want to ensure your gear supports your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused athletic equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your training standards, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
